The SAIMR5000 is a wire harness tester with the following steps for use:
Preparation: Check the package contents and ensure the instrument is not damaged. Connect the power cord, network cable, and test cable.
Power on and login: Press the POWER key to turn on the tester. Open the software on the computer and login with the default user ID admin and password 123456.
Create or load a project: Click New to create a new project or Load to load an existing project.
Project management: In the project management page, you can configure test items, test parameters, and test groups. You can also manage point information, self-learning information, NTC temperature resistance tables, test diagrams, and test file groups.
System settings: In the system settings page, you can configure test box and test channel settings, test parameter settings, file saving settings, code scanning gun settings, temperature channel settings, LCR port reset, IO port test, interprocess communication, plug-in management, firmware update, OS calibration, control card debugging, and leakage current self-test.
System self-test: Click Self-test to perform a system self-test.
Test mode: In the test mode page, you can start the test, pause or resume the test, or stop the test. You can also view the test results and perform single-line tests.
Find point: Click Find to find a point on the wire harness.
Multimeter: Click Multimeter to perform various tests on the wire harness.
Data query: Click Query to query and export test data.
User management: Click User to manage user accounts and permissions.
Change password: Click Password to change the login password.
